Ordering and delivery procedure

• You order the desired items through the website, by e-mail or through your own ordering process.
• The order numbers mentioned are shown on the invoice.
• Payment must be made by invoice (within 14 days), or via
  payment link / credit card, fist orders should always be paid in advance or as otherwise agreed with our sales team.
• All online payments are processed through the SSL-secured server of Multisafepay.
• 90% of the assortment is delivered within 24 to 72 hours, with the exception of custom orders.
• Delivery is by DPD parcel services.
• Deliveries above € 250.00* post-free, inside the Netherlands.
  (Outside the Netherlands*, other shipping costs apply).
  Free shipping above € 500,00 in Europe (not for UK and Swiss).

  For shipment outsite Europe please contact us for your shipment quotation.
• We deliver standard in Europe within 24-72 hours, unless otherwise confirmed.
  this also depends on which country we have to send it to.
